Review & Specification:
The PodGear CarDock makes it easy to use your iPod and play tunes in your car. It provides a safe cradle and charging facility with a 2 stage extention arm that plugs directly into the cigarette lighter. The arm allows you to angle, ajust and then lock the iPod your preffered position.
Once connected to the power supply simply slip your iPod into the Cardock and it connects to the 30 pin dock connector. The CarDock even comes with two different sized protection pads to prevent damage to the back of the iPod and ensure the perfect fit (for 10/20gb or 30/40).
Once everything's in place the charging indicator LED will shown green. Then connect a PodGear Cassette Adapter, an auxiliary cable or FM transmitter (not included) to the headphone/lineout socket on the dock and enjoy in-car music experience with out the fear of running out of power!
The CarDock is designed for the the latest (3rd Generation) iPods and will also work with iPod Mini.
